Microsoft CRM Release 1.2 became generally available in North America on Monday, December 8, 2003. Additionally, it has been released to manufacturing in the languages of French, German, International English, Italian and Spanish, soon to be followed by Brazilian Portuguese, Danish and Dutch. These additional languages will be available in the January/February timeframe. This release marks the first global release of Microsoft CRM.
